Performing a UPI (Unified Payments Interface) Transaction
Customer enters his Virtual Payment Address (VPA) and proceeds to pay. Note: Virtual payment address (VPA) is a user-generated unique identifier for each bank account. All payment addresses are in the format abc @bank, where abc can be chosen by the customer.
A payment collection request for the transaction amount is sent to the customer on this VPA.
Customer will receive a mobile notification in their UPI app prompting him to authenticate the transaction with his 4 digit MPIN (Mobile Banking password)
Customer accepts the transaction and the payment is complete.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling your reservation is subject to room availability.
Reservations without payment will be considered as tentative and management can cancel such reservations without prior notice.
In case of no show, full booking amount will be charged automatically, according to the payment Instructions received either to guest or to company
If cancelled within 24 Hrs before check in date or on no-show all bookings are non-refundable.
If cancelled 48 Hrs before check in 50% amount is refundable.
If cancelled 72 Hrs before check in 100% amount is refundable.
Above cancellation policies are applicable on 1 room to 4 room bookings.
Any booking of 5 rooms or more than 5 rooms will be considered as group booking and will be non-cancellable and non-refundable from the booking date.
