Performing a UPI (Unified Payments Interface) Transaction
Customer enters his Virtual Payment Address (VPA) and proceeds to pay. Note: Virtual payment address (VPA) is a user-generated unique identifier for each bank account. All payment addresses are in the format abc @bank, where abc can be chosen by the customer.
A payment collection request for the transaction amount is sent to the customer on this VPA.
Customer will receive a mobile notification in their UPI app prompting him to authenticate the transaction with his 4 digit MPIN (Mobile Banking password)
Customer accepts the transaction and the payment is complete.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
It is mandatory for all the guest to present valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID must be carried by every person above the age of eighteen years staying at the hotel.
The ID proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable.
Without an original valid ID, the Guest will not be allowed to check-in.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be 18 years. The room tariff excludes all taxes.
The amount paid for the room does not include for optional services and facilities
All room charges to be paid before check-in. Modification of bookings will be subject to availability and as per booking policy of the hotel.
Selective offers of the hotel will not be valid on a cancellation or modification of any bookings.
An extra bed will be given to accommodate additional guest included in the booking for an extra charge as mentioned in the tariff (Subject to availability).
Hotels reserve the right to deny check-in at its property where guest is unable to provide a valid government id or where minor Guests are traveling accompanied or if the Hotel is suspicious about the Guest.
Under all such cases the hotel shall be under no obligation to refund any amount to the Guest.
Accommodation free of charge for one child under 6 years, sharing parent's room with existing bedding. (No extra bed)
Guest Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellation before 24 hours of the check in date.
Last minute cancellation will be treated as no-show and will incur a charge of 100%.
For all group bookings - more than five rooms - cancellation 30 days before the date of Check-in - No charge, if cancelled later or No-Show, 100% of the first night or the booking advance whichever is higher, will be charged.
In case of full refund minimum 4% admin fees will be deducted from total booking amount. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will be chargeable.
Early Check-in: Before 6 AM 100% charges for one-day payable as per room rates for the previous day.
Early Check-in: Between 6 AM - 10 AM up to 30% charges payable as per room rates for the previous day.
Late Check-out: Between 1 pm - 5 pm Up to 30% of the room rate for the day. After 5 pm 100% of the room rate for the day
