Terms of Payment & Cancellation Policy :

Rooms will be confirmed only on payment of a 50% advance. A postponement more than 30 days before expected arrival will result in full carry forward of the advance amount. The new dates will be subject to availability. A cancellation more than 30 days before expected arrival will result in full refund less only a nominal amount as a booking process fee and the applicable bank charges, if any. A cancellation or postponement between 15 and 30 days before expected arrival will forfeit 50% of the advance paid. In the case of the postponement the remaining 50% will be seen as an advance against the new dates.( subject to availability) A cancellation or postponement less than 14 days before expected arrival will forfeit 100 % of the advance paid. In this case the postponed booking will be treated as a fresh booking which will again attract the 50% advance clause. If the guest cuts short his/her stay after check-in, Retention charges will be applicable. In case if the guest is eligible for 100% refund, a 5% processing fee will be charged. Refund Policy Please note that the refund will only be made via the same booking source. If you have booked via your credit card, the refund will be made via the same route. The account number has to be the same and cannot be any other account. We will not make a refund in cash. We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Customer enters his Virtual Payment Address (VPA) and proceeds to pay.
Note: Virtual payment address (VPA) is a user-generated unique identifier for each bank account. All payment addresses are in the format abc @bank, where abc can be chosen by the customer.
A payment collection request for the transaction amount is sent to the customer on this VPA.
Customer will receive a mobile notification in their UPI app prompting him to authenticate the transaction with his 4 digit MPIN (Mobile Banking password)
Customer accepts the transaction and the payment is complete.
