Performing a UPI (Unified Payments Interface) Transaction
Customer enters his Virtual Payment Address (VPA) and proceeds to pay. Note: Virtual payment address (VPA) is a user-generated unique identifier for each bank account. All payment addresses are in the format abc @bank, where abc can be chosen by the customer.
A payment collection request for the transaction amount is sent to the customer on this VPA.
Customer will receive a mobile notification in their UPI app prompting him to authenticate the transaction with his 4 digit MPIN (Mobile Banking password)
Customer accepts the transaction and the payment is complete.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
No refund will be issued in case of a no-show.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will incur a 100% cancellation charge
Terms and Conditions:
All guests are required to provide valid proof of identity at the time of check-in.
Details of non-resident visitors should be informed at the property.
Non-resident guests are not allowed at the property after 10 PM.
Pets are not allowed in the resort.
Our property does not tolerate any use of drugs and narcotics in the property.
Any parties/functions or loud music is not permitted.
Outside food is not permitted in the resort.
The tariff is in Indian Rupees.
Check-in & Check-out
Although we strive to accommodate early check-in whenever possible, your room availability depends on whether we have other guests already staying with us. Do let us know when you plan to arrive in advance.
Check-in: After 1300 hrs IST Check-out: Before 1100 hrs IST
Child Policies:
Children of all ages are welcome. However, please remember that we have an infinity and plunge pools around so children must be supervised at all times.
Any child aged 10 years and above will be treated as an adult with charges as applicable.
Children below the age of 5 may stay free of charge.
It should be noted, we have just four extra beds on our property.
House Rules:
While we do enjoy the odd party, please note, Baymaas is not a Venue for hosting large/loud parties for crowds or Photo/video shoots of any kind.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our rooms. You could, however, use the designated smoking area outdoors.
We love pets as much as you do but the property as a policy is not pet friendly so bringing your pet over is not an option.
